Participants of this course either completed our  Introductory Course or already have some basic indoor climbing experience. We suppose that participants know how to belay, how to lead and have their own climbing equipment (harnes, climbing shoes, chalk bag).

In Training we will focus on improvement of Your climbing technique and physical power!

We will focus on:

  • muscle stretching - warm up and cool down stretching, and a routine for stretching during rest cycles
  • understanding how your muscles work
  • use of specific exercises targeting climbing muscles for strength and endurance
  • training principles, training plan and overtraining
  • increasing Your climbing techniques and mental control

Hard tenacious training prepares you for rock climbing. We will give You climbing training program that will meet your goals. This will keep you in better shape mentally and physically, reduce the possibility of injury, and will result in higher strength, endurance, and aerobic capacity.
